Waiter was having an off night. Steak was marbled a lot, which waiter informed us of in advance. Baked potato was a bit disappointing and salad was ok. I expected a better meal for $233 for 4 people. 4 beers, 2 drinks, 2 appetizers, 4 meals. Was here 2 years ago and it was excellent.
We had a great dinner last night! Food was delicious, server was friendly! We received our order in good time and it was cooked perfectly to order! The band was great. I thought the food was a little pricey for patio tables. The market prices were not listed anywhere and our server had to go ask.
Filet and Pretzel Burger were amazing! Great service and friendly staff! They had a live band while we were there.
We have been several times over the last few years and always leave happy. Drinks are always good, service is good and food is great! Took my son there for his birthday dinner beginning of December and he had a steak, my husband and I tried some of the new mexican items. Everything was fabulous! Wait staff was on point and the manager checked on us several times.
It's a nice place. First time there. Very nice and clean. Friendly service. Good arrived fast. Only complaint I have is the steak was very, very salty. The cut was great. Juicy and cooked just like I ordered. I'll be back but next time I'm gonna ask them to go easy on the salt. Overall a great experience.
I visited on 11/11/22 and left very disappointed. The menu absolutely sucked. Is this supposed to be a Mexican restaurant please leave it up to the authentic Mexicans. I went expecting a farm to table experience and it certainly lacked luster. Everything on the short menu was Mexican with the exception of burgers and steak. I went on a recommendation and I’d seen a different menu months ago that really piqued my interest. When I got there the menu had been totally revamped. Even the cocktails sucked. Two in my party ordered steaks and the mashed potatoes were cold and the steaks lacked seasoning. If you’re looking for food but not satisfaction then this is the place for you.
Just got ribeye from here to take home and cook and I think it was the best steak I've ever had. Fantastic quality meats. I live in Columbus but probably going to make the drive regularly because it's so much better than what I've gotten at the grocery store even whole foods or Lucky's.
I attended the “Night with Reindeer” and was really disappointed. The setup was ridiculous. Everything was crammed on the porch which made for confusing and extremely long lines. They had ONE balloon artist making overly complicated reindeer. Although they were cute, each one took so long that we stood in line for an hour and moved maybe a foot before we had to just give up and leave. Here’s a tip: spring for at least two artists or make them in advance so you can hand them out quickly while you make more in-person so people can watch the process if they want. They had a s’mores station but the baskets were really small so they continuously ran out of the marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers and were very slow to replenish. Their photographer was also disappointing and unprofessional. The process for purchasing a photo was a little ridiculous. She didn’t have any business cards really? so you had to take a picture of this absurdly long website. There was no organization so you have to scroll through EVERY SINGLE PHOTO to locate your own. Give me a break - get a better system. She is also apparently very slow because it’s now the next day and the photos still haven’t been uploaded. I think they also really missed an opportunity for the Santa setup. They had a beautiful pergola with expansive fields behind it where they obviously hold outdoor weddings. Decorate that with some poinsettias and it would have been perfect! Not to mention free up space on the porch for the other activities. When I first arrived I thought “wow this would be a great place for an event” but left thinking “these people don’t know what the hell they’re doing.”
Fantastic family farm/ butcher shop & bakery! They had a wide variety of unique food items as well as their fully organic, grass fed, no antibiotic meats! There's also a restaurant here but I didn't dine there. I'm sure it's fabulous farm to table food!
Had very high hopes for our experience, as this restaurant has been highly recommended by several people. The environment is very casual and friendly. Our server was very friendly and welcoming. We were seated right away, but cautioned that there was approximately an hour wait from the kitchen. No worries - we ordered drinks and an appetizer- not great, not terrible. Salads were nicely prepared and their homemade ranch is very tasty. We waited about another 35 minutes for our steaks…they were atrocious. The smell hit first - definitely not the smell you are expecting from a great steak. I looked at my husband and asked if he could smell something rotten. He agreed - it was definitely the meat. We sent the steaks back and the server agreed that they definitely had an odor. At this point, one would expect a manager to approach the table. Absolutely not. We wait another 15 minutes for what we hope are fresh, perfectly seared steaks. Wrong, again. We were at least encouraged that this round didn’t smell of rotten meat. Thumbs up. I’m not sure who was cooking tonight, but they seriously have no business around a steak. Zero seasoning. Zero char. We took one bite. No. Our poor server was trying her best, but there was no saving this evening. I insisted they comp the bill and was countered. They removed ONE steak from the bill and had the audacity to give us a $25.00 gift card. We are not animals, so we reluctantly paid the bill and left. 1/10 - do not waste your money. $37.00 market price for a 10 oz bone-in ribeye. Throw a cowboy ribeye on your own grill with garlic butter and eat in front of the TV in your pjs.
