I would've gone home happy with one giant hot dog floaty but leave it to Shelby, Chatham's #1 summer fun expert, to convince me that I need at least 2. And let's be honest, no one's ever had fun with a single wiener in an above ground pool. Don't worry about some pushy sales person, though. Shelby totally knows what to do and what not to do when helping an uninterested customer. I even left with a bluewater hoodie and I wear it everywhere! 5 Stars!

Just would like to share my experience with the filtration sand I purchased at Bluewater Pool Chatham.The sand was a brownish coloured product in 50lb bags x6 which was a complete disaster after my initial opening for the season. Water was always cloudy with algae kept reappearing, After a month of cleaning every day wasting hundreds of dollars on chemicals, multiple trip to get water samples checked with no success and feed up. My next step I replaced the sand with silica sand from a different supplier and 24 hrs later the pool water was crystal clear the way it should be. The stores manager was not to concerned on my experience with the sand issue and said it was the first complaint she received but not according to the other supplier of silica sand. Sorry Bluewater pools for my last purchase with your outfit.

I’ve never had any service calls as I’m not local and do live 50 mins away but I’ll gladly drive in to pick up anything for our pool and hot tub. Their in store customer service is top notch. Whether I come in on a Tuesday or Saturday they’re never too busy to assist me. Sometimes it is a wait due to the volume but they take their time and are thorough. Dan has been really honest in assisting us pool newbies get our pool running. Dave has been great when it comes to repairs on the pump. He’s honest and has helped us along the way. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
