Sales people were awesome but store is really cluttered and hard to walk around
Staff is horrible. More interested in talking to friends than helping customers. Had to go find staff to be told their computer system cant look up their own inventory? Are you serious? Then goes back to talking instead of offering to help my wife and I find what we are looking for. Trying to avoid ordering online with Canada post rotating strike. Actually want it here BEFORE Christmas as looking for something specific for our son.
The workers are usually friendly, sometimes they ignore you while ringing up your clothes so they can talk to there coworkers but it's not too bad. The clothes are good and the sales are awesome.

No doubt that there prices are very reasonable but the material they use for their clothing is very cheap... they should work on it
I asked if the pants that i was going to buy were buy 1 get one for a cent and i was told yes when i was paying i found out they were buy 1 get 1 50 % off. No purchase made. Zero stars today.
They were really helpful and patient with us. Even on our 3rd trip in to decide which jacket to buy

They've killed this store.. 80% girls stuff.. the selection left for guys is horrendous... Terrible. Unless they change i won't be back!
