Delicious food, not so good egg rolls, but the rest was great
12 of us dropped in on this place unannounced in the middle of a Wednesday afternoon. Who knew their specialty was Chinese food? But what the heck, we were good with that. They were very welcoming and the service was great. In no time at all they had all our meals prepared, hot and tasty. They even accommodated two of our group with delicious hamburgers. So, if you find yourself hungry in Levack, drop into the Bluebird Restaurant and Tavern.
Amazing place....friendly..outgoing Small community-based Chinese restaurant.. Always welcoming usually Buffet once a month.
Food is AMAZING! I love their honey pepper pork and their dumplings. We always get a dinner for 6...even of it's just the 2 of us so we have lots of leftovers
Awesome place! Quick pick up times, delicious food, reasonable prices. When we want to treat ourselves to takeout, this place more than hits the spot! Try the pan fried dumplings they are to die for.

So I ordered here Easter Sunday, not sure who was cooking but not even close to what I know they can do, my lo mein noodles were so over cooked they were mush, my beef and Broccoli literally had jellied chunks in it to which owner said it was starch, I don't think so, and over all everything was flavourless $14.95 for 8 chicken balls?? Worst $105 ever spent, I was so disappointed and lost my appetite all together. I order from Munchies in Chemmy and my 4 yr old granddaughter loves it, from Bluebird she just said "I don't like this" . Too bad because owners are super nice but food was below sub pay.
Food was awesome. I like the fact that sauces areauthentic to the cook. Will definitely be going back. My compliments to the chef.
Sorry but probably the worst Chinese restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. Noodles were stuck together, rice was dry, chicken balls were rubbery, dumplings were burnt and the sweet & sour sauce was like a jelly. Absolutely no taste to any of the items that I ordered. Worst $150 we ever spent!
wow these new owners will not deliver unless you have an 80$ order . I live in dowling and they denied our diner for 2 for delivery. sorry to break it to you all wanting to order a small meal but this is ridiculous. try to support local and this is the service you get. hope you fail as new owners your not in Toronto!
