So let me begin by saying Dr. Andy and his team are absolute gems. I had an emergency going on with my eye, and they got me in right away. I had to go to my appointment with twins in tow, didn't have anyone available to watch them not an easy feat for any office to accommodate. The ladies were so wonderful and helped me calm one of my fussy babies while I took care of the other. Dr. Andy is the most amazing, sweetest eye doctor. I cannot say enough good thing's about this place. All the staff and the doctor are wonderful, I felt listened to and all my concerns were addressed. I'm so happy to have found a place like this. Thanks to the entire team for making my experience amazing!!

I have used eyecare one for years for myself and been very happy with the service, doctors and most importantly the staff. I found myself needing someone to take care of my daughter, so without hesitation I knew who to call. I spoke with Alicia at the front desk and she was so patient with me in getting all her information in the system. She then made sure I got an appointment for her within a few days of my call. I was really impressed with her and all the amazing staff. Great team!

Physician's Eye Care center is well organized and efficient. The doctor was very attentive, and patient, explaining my eye conditions and care needs. The staff were helpful & pleasant. The Optics glasses & lenses department is quite busy, but takes the time with each patient to provide assistance in choosing glasses. I have already recommended this eye care group to friends.

As a new patient they were very thorough with getting my vision history and the Dr. explained clearly my eye exam results. Very welcoming and made me feel comfortable.

Dr Hardison is really nice, thorough and takes his time to make sure the patient has all their questions answered. Heather, Latoya and Matthew make the office run like a will oiled machine. I trust my eyes with them completely.

I must say this place is amazing Physician Eye Care on the Southside of Aiken is so amazing I felt good the entire time, they were so kind and sweet to me and my little one, Dr.Hardison was so awesome and kind and really made my visit a great one,trust me go to him. Also the kind young lady at the front she was so cool I mean her energy is so on point, then you got Matthew across the way helping you with your glasses choice all the great energy in this one building was what you expect when you go to any appointment and this was it. Thank you so much everyone of you. Can't wait to get my new glasses I'm so excited.

Everyone was very nice and explained everything. I was able to ask questions and receive an explanation. Matthew compared my benefits to see which option would save the most money and explained next steps on when to expect my contacts and glasses. I am extremely happy with my experience. Physician's Eye Center will be my eye care facility!!!

They decided to cancel my appointment without contacting me. I had to take a day off work to come to this appointment. Taking a day off work is $750 that I did not earn because of the incompetence of the staff. I was hoping after one of their doctors was convicted of Medicare fraud and spent a few years in prison they would get their act together.
