Above and beyond customer service!! Love this store. Jacksonowner had my back with an issue I had with a pair of snowboard boots. We had a great chat about it, he was completely open to hearing me out and was so awesome and fair with resolving the issue. I can’t stress enough how stoked I am with him and his crew! Such a rad, fun store to shop and check out all the cool neat stuff. You never know what gems you’ll find. It’s a must stop shop!!
