This restaurant was a treasure to find as a last minute stop before reaching our vacation rental. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When the employee delivered our order through my car window, a sandwich spilled out onto the floor. She immediately brought me a new sandwich. The food was EXCELLENT! We’ll visit again soon.
We desperately needed breakfast and Blue Star delivered in the time of Covid. We ordered our scrambles and coffee at the window and ate them in the car. Tasty!!
The breakfast is excellent. Blueberry pancakes are full of blueberries. I also have the strawberry short cake which is the best around. It is so large that it can feed two. Will definitely go back
All time favorite! We are often tempted to make the 2hr drive from Chicago just for breakfast!

yummy breakfast food! good option for when in town... nothing too fancy but it hit the spot!
