This is exactly what you want when you go to a Connecticut Diner. Comfortable, friendly, and great grub at inexpensive prices. I can't recommend the whole wheat pancakes enough.
Great food, great people, always clean! I have never ordered anything that wasn't good. Yes they are out of things at times but that is because they are popular. People know the food is good, always fresh. At times I wish they were open late but such is life.
I've eaten here a few times. The food is consistently good. My favorite is the corned beef and cheese omelette. Fresh beef, not canned like most diners.
The Best dinner I have ever went to.The food is so delicious ,you have to try HOMEMADE CORNBEEF HASH the Best anywhere in Ct. A must. All the food is fresh Turkey, Roast beef, cornbeef, you name it all made at the Diner A 100% score
The owner personally waited on us and was a pleasure to talk to, she laughed and joked with us throughout our lunch. We got there too late for the breakfast special but she said sho.would go-ahead and let us order it. Food was good, hot and fresh. The new deck is a great option also
Food was not tasty. Bacon was burnt and dry. Water tasted nasty and hot tea was watered down.
My family and I have been coming here for years ! We love the people especially Derek and Sissy . They makes us feel like family we will always support them . I can't forget to mention Mary how sweet she is and hard working .
Was here 10/18/20 Visiting from PA. Food was good, service was good and it was fast. Had a nice breakfast in about 25 minutes from when we sat down. Nice & clean too.
Fast friendly service!! Food is delicious and prices are reasonable!!
