Amazing food and service from Joe! 10/10 recommend his food truck and service! He’s seriously the nicest guy! The Wholesome Bowl was simply amazing! The Smoked Garlic/Black Pepper/Coriander Bratwurst has amazing flavor and is HUGE! Check them out for catering/private events, you won’t be disappointed.
Great food! I had the Korean Beef Bulgogi. They were parked out front of Mercantile in Wenatchee for the day. I would definitely recommend it and will eat there again.
Blue Skies came to my friends wedding and was a huge hit! You could smell the food from a mile away and it did not disappoint. My whole table had the Bulgogi bowl and chicken curry and they were very filling, delicious and a great portion size. Wishing I would have tried the spring rolls as well but I was too stuffed. Would definitely recommend and love the idea of having food trucks at your wedding instead of a normal buffet.
My gal pal and I enjoyed ordering from Joe’s food truck at an event on Lake Chelan! So many healthy options: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free; and multicultural: Thai, Vietnamese, Korean… We ordered the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, and Joe’s signature Ukrainian beef and tomato dish. We also sampled the wild Alaskan salmon chowder—wow! SO good. He goes the extra mile to source local ingredients, and charges a premium for the quality, as he should. Support this hardworking one-man shop. You won’t be disappointed!
Joe was a perfect fit for catering the rehearsal dinner for our wedding weekend on a Friday evening at confluence state park in Wenatchee. He was easy to work with setting a menu and his food estimates for our guest count were spot on!! On the day of the event, he was on time early even! and served our guests quickly. Oh, and the food was delicious too! An interesting mix of menu items with great veggie/vegan options. Thanks Joe!
Absolutely perfect for a rehearsal dinner for 60-80 people or more. Our group was pushed through the line at an incrediable speed. It was definitely a worry of ours, but Joe made it a flawless process. I could not recommend more!!
Korean beef bulgolgi is great. Thai curry chicken also amazing. He didn’t have enough spring rolls, which must speak to how great they are as well.
Our 14 year old foodie declared it amazing!! We chatted with the owners at an event and they are the nicest people that put heart and soul into the food. G said he'd pick that over any restaurant we've been to in town.
