Blue Rooster Food Company

Blue rooster is my favorite new find in Portland! Great sandwiches, creative tater tot menu, and great, super friendly staff! I highly recommend the Ruben, pairs great with the tot-tine, the tater tot poutine.

Such a weirdly unique restaurant, but we LOVED it. Tater tots and brussel spouts for lunch. Yum!

Quick, unpretentious, and delicious. Sandwiches are a little expensive but tater tots, fried brussel sprouts, and salads are out of this world. A small is basically a whole meal for one and a large might be a lot even for two people to finish. Blue Rooster is one of the few places I come back to again and again over the years.

The employees are really what make this place shine, in addition to the awesome food and late hours. The staff is all friendly and very down to earth. A must-have for any evening of Portland bar hopping!

Really good tater tots and hotdogs! The bacon dog was cooked really well and the tots were still crispy and both had a great amount of bacon! So good! Can't wait to go back. Location was also nice!

The hotdog with fried jalapenos and bacon was great. The tots with maple mayo, bacon, and a friend egg was great. The fried chicken and pork belly sandwich though was chewy and bready and not very good. I would come again but maybe avoid the P.B.L.T. next time.

Quite filling food though a little bit pricey $18 for tots and a salad. Service was quite fast. Had WiFi available which is always useful is Maine
