Blue Mountain Flowers

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend's birthday this past week. I asked for a 50$ bouquet, and the total came to 62$ with taxes and 5$ delivery. I received a photo of the bouquet, and was really unimpressed. The bouquet itself only contained 2 stems (with a total of 7 unopened buds), 5 roses and a few green spiders. There was also a a few fillers such as baby breaths. I picked this florist because of the great reviews online about the quality and freshness of the flowers. When I called up the manager of the store, he was very defensive about my complaint. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable.... I did not wish to argue with him, but wanted an explanation for why the bouquet was so sparse. I didn't even ask for a refund--- just wanted to know if this was bouquet was truly $50. I'll choose another florist next time that values customer service and delivers a good product with a smile.

A totally wonderful experience...I ordered only (1) Red Rose to be delivered (same day) to a Blue Mountain address, (my daughter for Valentines Day) & it was a pleasure to place the order...it was reasonably priced & with a moderate delivery charge...I can highly recommend blue Mountain Flowers based on by experience..5 * Thank you so much...
