I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Blue Moon and in particular, my technician, Brendan. I found him to be punctual, efficient, professional, friendly, and courteous. He left my kitchen clean, and removed all associated debris. I was extremely impressed with the service. I would definitely hire this company again and request this technician if available.

Provided us with a prompt phone response to a weekend plumbing emergency and saved us money by suggesting a temporary fix so we wouldn't need to pay emergency rates and could wait until Monday for service. The service technician was efficient and left a clean worksite. We are very pleased with the service provided.

Nobody likes it when a pipe bursts at home, but the experience was much easier using Blue Moon. The lady on the phone was very friendly and said she'd have someone to our site within 30 minutes. Dan C was at our house in about 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, told us exactly how he was going to fix it, and offered recommendations on preventative maintenance. We will be using Blue Moon in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

We had a gas leak at our strata. Chris from Blue Mountain Plumbing & Heating came out the same day we called him. He was was very polite and professional and was exactly on time for our appointment. He is very knowledgeable and I really enjoyed and appreciated that he shared his knowledge with me. I was super impressed that he came and fixed the small leak and was truthful that is was a minor issue and did not try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I do not hesitate for a second to recommend Chris for all your heating or plumbing needs.

Just got a new water heater installed in under two hours. In the past blue moon has come to fix burst pipes and install a shower faucet. All the blue moon staff are kind, professional, and efficient. Thanks.
