This past Saturday my son was married and we had a large family dinner/reception in the downstairs banquet room! The food, service and staff were absolutely amazing! Thank you for assisting in making our son and daughter in laws day!
Where to start, first, by far I had one of the best steaks I have ever had, seasoned, grilled, and cooked perfectly. We went to celebrate my Mom's birthday. I drove down from Syracuse, and I had coordinated with a florist to deliver flowers at the restaurant for her. It went flawlessly, they had the flowers arranged beautifully at our table. The host, the waitress, and the whole staff could not have been friendlier, they were the true definition of what customer service should be, in fact, it was beyond customer service, it was passion. We all enjoyed our meals, we had the margherita pizza for an appetizer, it was huge and one of the best pizzas we've ever had..and it was just an appetizer! The cream chicken soup was amazing, the salad size plentiful. My mother's chicken parm was so tender and fresh, she didn't even need to cut it with a knife, it was lightly breaded, browned perfectly and the portion was large enough for a take home meal. The desert menu sounded delicious and was packed with variety, sadly, we did not have room. I believe that this little nook is truly one of CNY's best kept secrets. The setting is dark and intimate with beautiful wood finishing and wall décor, the cleanliness spotless. I have paid double in prices, and not had food of this quality. Well done Blue Moon Grill, and thank you for being a part in making our celebration special, we'll be back.
Amazing! Absolutely amazing! Great food, great service! Beautiful and clean restaurant! Everyone was friendly and the service was fast and it was very inexpensive for the quality. I am sad I haven’t been there before today and I WILL be back oh it was so good!! Parking: Lots of parking and it’s free Dietary restrictions: They were flexible to accommodate for food restrictions.

I would like to start by saying our waitress Chrissy topped our night. She provided personable and tentative service for a large group, and great service that I have not seen in quite some time. The food was spot on! Please go to enjoy a wonderful dinner at this Gem. GO TO THIS PLACE. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
Had dinner with a group of friends and Chrissy was absolutely AMAZING. The food was tasty, it came out quickly, the prices were reasonable, and the restaurant atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Will absolutely be going back and I hope Chrissy is working that night because she is efficient and truly cared about making our experience a great one!
I have heard about the food here and it is just as good as people have told me. I had a Reuben and fries, but there were many great things on the menu I would have eaten. The Reuben was open-faced so my picture doesn't do it justice after I folded it. I would come back here for a date night for sure. The wait staff and bartender were kind and social. I only give it a 4 because they are now up charging if you use a credit card. I don't know a lot of people that carry cash with them anymore. Sales Tax + Tip + Personal Credit Card Fee + Restaurant Card Fee...This never benefits the customer, especially in a blue-collar town like Fulton.
This was a great place. Waitress named Christien was amazing. The group of people I was with couldn't have been more happy with her service. The food was good and we got food in timely matter.Food: 5/5
The new owners have made changes to the food that do not reflect the quality that the previous owners upheld for years and years. We gave it a couple chances but we will sadly not be going back. The mashed potatoes are terrible and the chicken in the riggies was not even edible.. the chicken parm was previously my favorite dish and that’s not nearly as good either. Steak was edible but not as good as before. Very sad.
