Blue Lotus Art Gallery

This is the best Art gallery in the area. Brenda, who works here is very professional, courteous and helpful in dealing with us whenever we come. The Gallery has an excellent variety of framed works and is very convenient to go to as it is right in Guildford Mall.We always enjoy coming to see what new arrivals of art are in and Brenda always makes the customers feel welcome! We highly recommend this store!

I made a purchase here and the employee took my cash and did not explain any return policies and was excited by the fact that I used cash in my sale. He continued to talk about how a cash sale was better for him anyway and forgot to give me a receipt. I had the photos for a gift and was asked to take them back to the store and get a refund. When I went to return the painting I was told that there was a no money back policy for the first time and was told that the store had no record of me purchasing my painting. I told the the employee (not the same one I purchased the painting from) that their co-worker had taken my cash and not written me a receipt. After a long back and forth I was put on the phone with the owner who was working at a different location he had the most foul attitude and was very rude. It was the worst experience I had ever had dealing with a business I would highly recommend staying away from their establishment. As a side note the purchase that I made at the store was done in cash and they did not apply any tax to the sale. This is called tax evasion and is against the law. I have also noticed a few Rating on this store below that have come out around the same time (4 posts). Some of these reviews have been posted by users with only one post (their only post being on blue Lotus gallery). This is clearly the owner of the business trying to boost his rating on Google. Just despicable how can someone run a business like this. Just stay away from this store it's not worth the headache.

I've been dealing with Blue Lotus art gallery for about 8 years now and have bought about 25 paintings from Brinda and Robert and there service has been nothing short of spectacular and have become my good friends. I just saw someone right a terrible untruthful review and then got there friends who have never been there to also write a bad review about them and there workers and there art gallery. Well let me tell everyone the real truth and set the record straight. They bend over backwards for everyone and give amazing deals all the time and will deliver your painting at no extra cost. They treat me like family as do there workers and if i see a painting i really like they will put it away for me and do a lay away plan for me. Heres a few pictures that i have bought from them and trust me if the service and prices were not out of this world i would not have bought 25 of them. To the people that wrote that slander review about blue lotus art gallery for no reason go get a life you disgusting people that have nothing better to do then tarnish someones reputation after all the many years of hard work they have done and all the peoples lives they had touched and stop getting your friends to write false reviews that have never been to there store or talked to them. Bar none the Blue Lotus Gallery is hands down the the most professional and economical custom frame shop and gallery in the lower mainland . The staff is easy to deal with and exceptionally knowledgeable , keep up the good work!!!!!
