I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. I ordered the beef and orange chicken fried rice, and let me tell you, it was so good I didn’t even get a chance to snap a photo before diving in!nnI was so hungry, and once that food hit my table, all thoughts of capturing the moment vanished. The portions were generous, and each bite was packed with flavor. The combination of savory beef and the sweet, tangy orange chicken was a match made in foodie heaven. This isn’t your everyday fried rice—it had a unique and elevated taste that sets it apart from the usual. Next time, I’ll try to contain my hunger long enough to take a picture… maybe!”

The best authentic Thai food in the HRM. Big portions, tasty food and cocktails. They modify spiciness to your request however what they consider hot is very hot. Best tom yum soup I've had in the maritimes. Service can be a bit slow and frazzled at times. Recommend making a reservation.

She is the nicest to the core and one person who does everything - Taking orders, delivering the food, billing and cleaning. Uff - hats off to you!nnSince we went on a weekday, their inventory for drinks where missing a few to try cocktails, but it’s understandable.nnOverall - if you like Thai, you must try Blue Elephant at least once before you stick with your regular Thai place.nnGood luck, Blue Elephant crew; we will return soon with a big crowd of friends and families.
