Was in shopping for a favorite charm as the one I previously bought from them some time ago; had what I felt just done it's time as the silver plating had worn off. They exchanged the charm with a new one which I did not expect as it was only a $12 item. Was quite surprised they did this as I didn't ask it or even crossed my mind. Was just going to buy a new one. Have always had a pleasant experience in this store and will definitely return. They have a beautiful selection as well.

Best customer service I've ever received. Very knowledgeable. Very good selection of rings, with top quality. Will always buy jewelry here

I have bought quite alot from here, including my wifes wedding ring. Always a good experience with excellent customer service as well as custom work avalible. One of Stonys hidden gems for sure.

I brought my wedding set to Blue Diamond Jewellers in Stony Plain and honestly, I was not happy with the service I got nor the wedding set after it was done. Staff was rude. I really don't recommend.
