The food is great! I love their salads,always fresh.... and their Flatbreads are my second favorite! I do love & have ate almost everything on their menu... but not on my diet! They are always willing to change anything for me that I request.
I got the macncheese bread bowl and it was phenomenal! I heard the are moving soon down the road and can't wait to go try more when they open their new location.
I ordered two gallons of the lobster bisque for a clam I was throwing and it was the hit of the party. That is the best lobster bisque I've ever had and I've been on three major cruise ships. The owner Josh is an absolute sweetheart and was so helpful with tips for my clam bake. I will definitely be visiting the Blue Collar Bistro in the near future so I can try out the rest of the menu. Thank you Josh for helping my first clam bake to be such a success.
Loved it. They made me the pizza I love and no one else around here would make it. Super nice and helped me out the door. Kid also with a stroller such a friendly place. Definitely my favorite here in clyde!
Best food in Clyde and Fremont. Always fresh, creative and great tasting. Finally a local place where the food is worth the price you pay - very reasonable $ . We now have an excuse for not cooking tonight.
Their food was delicious, the people working there, and one of them was maybe the owner? I'm not sure. Maybe they were both the owners! Anyway, two very cool cats! Prices were outstanding.
I wouldn't call this a "small restaurant". It has a few tables inside a small eating area and no public bathroom or WiFi. There's more public space in the gas station next door and they have bathrooms. I would not recommend eating here if you're looking for a sit down meal. This place should be carry-out only because it's not a Bistro, maybe if they expand the seating area, add public bathrooms, and WiFi then it could be considered one. One the plus side, the pizza I had was decent, thus the 3 star rating.
Great local place to eat. Many menu choices you wouldn't expect to get in a small town. But they are doing it right. Highly recommended
