Original Plainte déposée au Bureau du surintendant des faillites concernant Martin et associées/Pierre Martin et BLT Lapointe & Associés Inc/Robert Tull pour entre autre, non-remise systématique d’un reçu à un paiement initial de 1000$, aucune rencontre de planifiée, deux mois suivants le dépôt de ma faillite, comme convenu avec Monsieur Martin, non retours d’appels de sa part, évitements pour des rencontres, ou explications, remises de mes rapports d’impôts 2016 qu’à la fin de l’année 2017 pour traitement, manque de professionnalisme ahurissant de la part de monsieur Martin, rencontres avec Monsieur Tull pénibles de par son attitude austère, aucun retour d’appels de la part de Madame Poissant une vingtaine, non respect de renseignements personnels, devant aviser, à deux reprises, suite aux non-retours de mes appels, la réceptionniste, de l’objet de mes appels, afin d’être entendue, ententes prises avec Monsieur Martin irrégulières et entente reprise avec Monsieur Tull, non respectée, pratiques irrégulières et pour finir, un très grand sentiment de n’être RIEN et là, quand je dis rien… en tant que client qui débourse 1800$ pour un service qui aurait dû être donné de façon impeccable.
