The optometrist Snezana was efficient, clear and provided excellent steps to keep my eyesight healthy. After that, Ana and Seka took time with me to select the perfect pair of sun glasses. Great experience!

I had a couple issues with the arms of my glasses getting damaged. Both times, the staff at bloor optical were incredibly helpful, and were able to either replace the arms or repair them. The people there are friendly and welcoming, and I could not recommend the more

Bloor Optical is the best in the business! The boutique exudes a friendly neighbourhood vibe and all their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Dragana, the owner, has an amazing eye for selecting glasses. Every time she recommends a pair of glasses I end up falling in love with it. The customer service is exceptional. More than once, they have gone far above and beyond to help me. Also, the optometrist that works there is very thorough and was patient in answering my questions during my eye examination. I highly recommend this optical boutique. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Bloor Optical is wonderful. I have been going here for the past 10 years to get my glasses and contacts. They worked with me to find the contacts which best suited my eyes, and their large selection of glasses allowed me to find a pair I love and still have 6 years later. I have never had any issues with anything here. They have exceptional customer service and are so caring, always making sure you leave with a smile.

Great experience. Optometrist is very efficient and competent, prescription is accurate. The ladies helping to pick out frames have a great sense of style. Not a pushy business at all - everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Reasonably priced for the quality of frames + fast service. Would recommend.

European professionals with first class expertise and care. I would never go anywhere else. The almost all female staff are so good at what they do. I was trying to find the right glasses for my daughter and I, and they pulled out several styles i would never have even looked at that were perfect for us. I trust them and enjoy the pleasant customer service that comes naturally here. Very, very good at what they do. The doctor is brilliant and experienced in her field. I find myself listening intently to her comments and admiring her intelligence and ease of explaining things.

Came here after reading good reviews about them and I was definitely not disappointed. This was my first time buying glasses and my first eye exam in like 10 years. The service was excellent and staff was very informative and helpful. I bought a great pair of designer frames, and they sit down with you and make sure every thing is good. They also gave us a 20 dollar discount which I thought was nice. Definitely recommend for anyone.

I am so impressed with the high level of customer service at Bloor Optical. My eye exam with Dr. Pavlovic was so efficient. Not only that, but she is extremely friendly and caring. The staff members are very professional and helpful. I was blown away at how quickly the turnaround time was in getting a new pair of glasses. I had my appointment last night and my new pair was ready by this morning. It is so rare to come across such a wonderful business in Toronto that provides excellent service and care.

I urgently needed prescription safety glasses for work and went to Bloor Optical. Dragana is amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She went out of her way to help me, and was able to have a finished product within 2 hours. Excellent service, would recommend 100%.
