I picked up a friend coming in from out of town. He took the airport Express train which stops at this station. I picked him up at the Bloor station and we were back at my place in 10 minutes. Sure beats driving up the 427 and paying airport parking rates. This station and the tracks run by the bicycle path which is a great little oasis of aerobic exercise as you can rode from Dupont down to Dundas and Lansdowne.
This is really a very dangerous and bad designed passenger drop off and pick up place. There is no area designed for pedestrians, so when you get there in your car, be very careful, as pedestrians can pop up from anywhere, or even walk on the road. Additionally there is a car rental ear by, and very often there are tricks parked on the other side, but the back ramp protrudes a lot, blocking almost half of the road. Itr8ed ro call Metrolinx, but the website, and the phone system are designed to scare away anyone who dates to .ale a suggestion.
I take UP EXPRESS to the airport from here. Very convenient. Has a warm area for winters too. The platforms get very cold but overall, the station is wellnMaintained and the elevators are constantly working never had a maintainenece issue
