I ordered 2 bunches of 48 yellow roses through the Costco website. They arrived a day later than scheduled. They were delivered on a hot afternoon from a hot delivery van, they were actually steamy when I opened them. One bunch in each box was upside down because of how the box was marked. Sadly, most of them are unusable and will just be compost. I will return them to Costco for a refund. Not impressed and will never order again.
I tried dealing with the sales associate in the Peterborough Costco for 4 weeks to order flowers for my wedding, I needed to go through them. I was told because delivery was only Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. Not once did he tell me that I could not make a bulk order through them. I had to go through Costco. 4 weeks went by and I called head office and that's when they told me. I wasted 4 weeks that I can't get back, And they were very rude on the phone about it.nLeaving a very bad in my mouth.nThanks for not being on the same page with your sales reps!
So, I have been a repeat customer of the flowers sold at Costco in BC. There's no doubt that the bouquets are great. But I come back for the excellent customer service first and foremost. My last few visits had me concerned though. A Mexican supervisor was openly berating the floor staff who have been wonderful to me and other repeat customers over the years. The supervisor seems new. Are they told to disrespect and abuse their much older but experienced attendants/sales associates?nnIf they drive away the kindly women who've sold me and countless repeat customers only to replace them with their friends, I'm bringing my business to another florist.nnPay attention to the front line staff that represent you in Vancouver and Richmond BC, Bloomstar.
We placed an order through Costco for our daughters event and ended up being left hanging on the day we were supposed to pick up our flowers we ordered. From the start we had to go back three separate times to place an order, the first time we were advised there were system issues, the second time resulted in again system issues as our Costco membership was not being validated, third time we finally ordered and received a confirmation ordered was placed. We placed our order four weeks in advance on the day of pickup we showed up to be told rudely that they have no clue and there is no order the lack of assistance got me furious with an apology finally provided seeing how I was. Representative attempted to call and get details of order and was told there is nothing and left it as that we were advised to call Bloomstar and take it up with them to which we have yet to receive any calls, we were forced to scramble and just get flowers from what was there and available paying more then we wanted to as nothing what we ordered was available. I will not order and or depend on this company in the future the situation we were left in should be one that no one should go through and the lack of customer service and remorse was appalling no accountability.
Saima from Overlea costco was super wonderful! I placed an order online and due to the weird system costco has for flowers I was super confused.nShe took the time to look into it for me with their head office.nShe took my number down and kept me posted with updates.nHaven't received flowers yet and my understanding is that is all separate from Costco online, but her customer service was spot on and worth mentioning
