Pam was so gracious in helping me pick out a bouquet over the phone for my grandma's birthday. I appreciate the fact that she was up front in telling me what flowers she had in stock, as the stock photos on their website showed flowers that weren't necessarily in stock. She stated she was going to call my grandma beforehand to let her know that she had flowers to be delivered so my grandma wouldn't be caught off guard when the doorbell rang. Such exceptional and courteous service--very rare these days.

Our wedding flowers from Bloom were amazing!! We had our wedding up in Minneapolis and we chose Bloom as my husband is from Faribault. They listened to what we liked and disliked and then turned it into original and beautiful bouquets, table arrangements, etc. Getting married in the winter limits your selection in flowers and they helped find flowers that were very similar to what I liked but weren't available at this time of year. Even with the delivery being a little bit further, the prices were so reasonable. Cheryl was so nice to work with and I couldn't imagine having had anyone else do our flowers for our wedding.

So so so happy with our wedding flowers! Pam was extremely accomodating, even when I changed my mind multiple times and gave her a very small budget to work within. I am not really a flower person, but I absolutely loved the color, fullness, and ripeness of the flowers. They looked perfect and were perfectly timed to be at full bloom during the wedding ceremony. I had already been told by two other florists that they could not work within my budget, but Pam was more than willing to see what she could do and I ended up getting more flowers and bigger bouquets than I ever imagined. Even for having our wedding ceremony in the north metro, I am so glad we chose Bloom and would choose them many times again.
