All I can say is that they have some of the best croissants in the world. All of their pastries were delicious and you could tell they were made from scratch, even two days later they were still fresh.nI will definitely return!

Even their regular offerings, like the sweet potato donut and cinnamon roll, are irresistibly fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend!!!

Bloom is great, I go every time I’m in Madison. The cherry chocolate chip cookies are fantastic.

Great bakery shop in Monroe Street. Love all the baked confectioneries and their hot sandwiches. Very busy shop with long queues; can't complain when their items are so good! Bloom also has their stand in Monroe Street farmers market near Edgewood College on Sundays and those baked and deli items like sandwiches are too good! They are different from what they usually sell in the shop. All in all a great bakery shop! The shop timings are different so please Google check ahead before coming to the store and if possible try to come early in the morning to get your hands on the items. They get sold out fast on the weekends!

This is such a little gem of a baked goods spot. The breakfast croissant was fresh and hearty. The apricot and pistachio danish was flakey and creamy but not too sweet. The drinks were yummy too. Absolutely a favorite.  I’ve been to both locations. Both are a little small when busy but man, it’s busy for a reason!
