Story

At Bliss, we want to transport you to a place that hasn’t existed in Edmonton before. A place that provides you with a sense of peace, harmony and well being. Our 8000 square foot facility is designed to flow from our 2 hot yoga studios to our 8 treatment rooms that include a couples massage room and 2 laser rooms. Our Mani/Pedicure room will envelope you in warmth with our vibrating massage chairs. We have stocked lounges and locker rooms with amenities for both the yoga a spa patrons as well as a complete retail offering.

First time going to Bliss and I dare say this is the only massage place I want to go to from here on out. Booked a 1 hour couples massage. They gave us a brief tour of the facility so we knew of all the amenities, and were very helpful with the lockers! The relaxation area was amazing and had goodies offered for the clients while we waited. Our massage therapists were very kind and helpful and recommended specific massages based on our needs. My partner had never had a massage before and all the staff were extremely helpful with guiding him through the whole process! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for massage - whether you’re new or a massage veteran!
Great place for a luxury spa experience! Friendly and helpful front desk staff and talented service providers. Massages, pedicures and yoga are all top notch. Had one the best massages I’ve ever had with Julie! Traci sets the bar for spa experiences in Edmonton.
The ambiance was pleasant and the establishment was immaculate. The front desk personnel were exceptionally accommodating. However, the sports pedicure treatment fell short of expectations. The service, priced at $90, primarily consisted of a foot massage and calf cleansing, which did not align with my anticipation. While the treatment was enjoyable, it did not justify the premium cost. It would be advisable for the establishment to focus more on the feet during the pedicure and reduce the time spent on the legs.
Where do I begin…from the moment you call to book an appointment the ambassadors are so accommodating, I always go for the full experience -why not! To be honest anytime I’ve been here I have always been treated so well by the whole team, however I have been blessed to have Liz do my pedicure a few times now and she was beyond wonderful! Liz is very graceful, particular and pays attention to detail! What an asset she is to your business! Also, the scalp massage is amazing! We are so lucky to have this place to relax and recharge! Look no further…treat yourself! YOU are worth it!
Bliss definitely has the spa part done well. It's focused on a comfortable, calm, and quiet setting. There are two options for waiting spaces, locker/change rooms, robes, etc. I got the extreme bliss pedicure and was a bit disappointed. I thought I would have more done to my feet and that I would leave with soft heels. It felt like most of the time was spent on massaging my calves. The regular pedicure is probably just fine.
