Really bad experience. The sugar content is very very very HIGH! They didn’t ask about preferences and info stand even do not mention the sugar content in the drink. I was naive and expected to get the refreshing drink without any sugar in it if it was no mentioned in ingredient list. My request to make new without sugar or return money was discarded and the drink after two sips gone to the garbage. Never ever if you take care of your health!!!!
May be I ordered something that wasn’t to my taste. It was super sour May be adjusting sugar wasn’t a good move but normal sugar is too over powering
Not bad but pretty mid. I got the mango topped with cream cheese and even though I got it with 25% sugar it was super sweet so I can't imagine what 100% would be like.
The service is terrible and obviously they have no clue how to make boba tea. I asked for a green tea with no ice, they give me a warm green tea that looks weird, and I asked for a refund, the staff gave me attitude and made it sounds like it is not possible to refund, and want to avoid the refund and force me to order a new one. I’m like come on I implement POS for living.
The drinks are fine. The quality of the plastic cups can be improved. The plastic cup for my fruit tea cracked in my hand and the tea seeped out. Some got on my outerwear and one of my boots. The plastic used for the cup was stiff and fragile, hence easy to crack.
The drinks are really good. Then they change their menu and I stop coming in.
Just stood and waited for my tea while the 2 employees chatted inside. No other customers. They didn't care that I was standing there waiting..... Just chatted with each other. Through the drink out as soon as I tasted it. It was disgustingly sweet!
I wish I could leave more than 2 stars but the experience wasn’t as great. The cream cheese was sour as though it had gone bad, and the tapioca wasn’t ready at 11:15 am when we came in. I know it takes time to brew but I imagine the full service should be ready by the time a store opens its doors to customers…. And the oolong tea I had wasn’t sweet like at all despite full sugar I requested. Anyways, hope the cream foam won’t make me sick later in the day. And I hope the store improves its service in future as the location is great and there are a lot of shoppers who would def want a good bubble tea while shopping …
Great on a hot Seattle summer day! Had the mixed fruit green tea.
We were recommended their best selling Black Sugar Milk Tea and opted for 1/2 sugar with coffee jelly. No wonder it was their best selling item on the menu! We also ordered my all time favourite fresh taro milk tea with pearls and the pearls were cooked just right. We will be back for sure :
