Very satisfied with my new blinds! Ashley was great at answering all of our questions and at providing recommendations. Price was reasonable even lower than what I had budgeted. They arrived within the timeframe that I was promised and installed shortly after. Lorenzo did an excellent job at installing the blinds and took the time to explain how the automated shades worked. I had always wanted shutters for my apartment and Blinds To Go made it a reality for me in a positive way. Gosia was my helpful sales rep who guided me through the initial selection & design process. Once confirmed, the order was sent, made ready and delivered on time. The installing team of Lee and his assistant were proficient and made sure I was happy with the finished work. I honestly couldn't be more pleased with the quality, value and service from this long-standing business.

The store kept me updated on the status of my order and was very quick to schedule installation once everything was manufactured. He went above and beyond to accommodate and to make sure we were happy with the end result. We were snd we highly recommend this store and Austin to anyone looking to purchase new blinds. We are very happy with the end result. The price was reasonable, the blinds were manufactured quickly and they are high quality. Kayla at the store was friendly and knowledgeable. Moe, who came to do the measurements and installation, was also friendly and efficient. Would definitely go back to them in the future!

Blinds arrived and are very nice. Some scratches on the metal components but no one will see them. I think we're missing something as we can't figure out how to attach the wand and the instructions don't mention how to do it. Overall good experience and we'll be back!
