The man working there didn’t even say hello when I walked in the door. Did not acknowledge me at any time. The lady working there, Anum, is excellent - but her colleague needs customer service training.
One of the worst customer service over the phone I had so far. I was asking of a price range for a product, and the customer service rep did not answer my question at all and just ended the call with the "can I help you with anything else?" - hang.
