We couldn’t be happier! We purchased this blind to prevent sun damage on our hardwood floor. The whole process with blinds to go was top notch. Our sales rep was informative and knew exactly what we needed and the man came out to confirm the measurement, and to ultimately install the blind was timely and courteous.. best contractor we have ever had to the house. He did a fabulous job. From start to finish the process was less than three weeks.
We had a great experience at blinds to go in Hamilton by lime ridge mall. We went in with a good idea of what we were looking for, but it still took some time to pick the right pattern/colour. Joana was very helpful and patient with us as we decided and helped hold the samples up to the windows for us. Our order was ready quicker than expected and fits our windows perfectly! My experience with blinds to go was fine, was easy to put up but the slats easily broke. The clips at top are hard to get in place the slats don’t have any clearance. But Jennifer was a good sales person got my order in right away and everything was great

I had a good experience from placing the order to its pick up. The agent was careful with double checking dimensions. The order was ready on time, nicely packed. No issues with dimensions. We already installed blinds and happy with them.

Jennifer, my design consultant was very knowledgeable and understood my design issues. I purchased cellular blinds for my French door 2 panels. I am pleased with the coverage, but frankly am frustrated with the “push up / pull down” action in that it requires two hands to ensure the blinds are perfectly lined up and not crooked. I guess it’s a matter of adjustment, vs pulling the blind up and down with a cord which is now prohibited.
Blinds arrived before due date and installed within 2 days. Installer was very professional and took pride in his work. California shutter look great. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
Jennifer answered all our questions about blinds. The blinds were manufactured in the time frame specified and Gregory the installer installed them in quick and proper manner. The overall price of the blinds was very good.
