These guys are really good, timely and provide a great repair. They know their blinds and how to fix. Highly recommended.

One of the strings broke within the top mechanism of my window blinds. I thought it would cost quite a lot to repair or replace but I was pleasantly surprised, I found the blind wash factory online and they were able to replace the string by the following day and it was under $20!! Incredible!!

Repairs were great. Cleaning was disappointing esp for the cost. Inside of top of each blind dirty and sooo dusty. Not one had been cleaned. One blind was not cleaned properly and had color rubbed off. They stated to bring back what we were not hapoy with but did not apologize. It wld be a lot of work to rewrap all the blinds and drive to return them. We cleaned them ourselves which was disappointing to have to do. Company messaged to apologize and offer to fairly.make things right.

One of the strings on our window shades broke and I was directed here by a business that sells blinds. They fixed the blind in one day and it works perfectly. I had a difficult time finding a business that repaired Maxxmar brand blinds, very happy with their work and service.

Tried to get a quote from them Drew, called they asked for a picture, sent them a picture with a request to let me know that they got them, didn’t hear back, sent another email asking if they got them, didn’t hear back, called back the next day and asked them if they got them , they said no, so I sent another couple pictures with a message to call me to make sure they received the pictures, no response, I sent another email asking if they received them, nothing again!! I called again today and asked if they received them, Drew said “let me look “ , he did receive them, when I asked if the message about letting me know if the pictures went through was there, he said “yes, but I can’t be on emails all day “. ??????? Then don’t ask for an email. Must be nice to be so busy that the customer has to chase you down and can be rude about it at the same time. Save your money from this place and spend it where it’s appreciated!!

Repairs were great, Disappointed in the cleaning. Inside of top rail guards not cleaned. Said they check them and might have missed a few but none were done. So dusty not sure how they could not have been seen. One blind most of the slats still dirty. Paint or coloring of blind was rubbed off in spots. Never apologized but did say they wld reclean them all but honestly the time to wrap them all and take them in again was prohibitive. We cleaned them ourselves. A big charge to have to complete the work ourselves.

They fixed the issue of not tilting the slots in my blinds in a very short notice. Recommended.

I'm really happy that I took my blinds here for resizing. I got a new window frame put in and needed an inch shaved off my blinds. A new blind was going to cost me 750 dollars, but the guy at Blind Wash Factory was able to trim down the blind for only 50 dollars. He did a great job and the blind looks as good as new.

Awesome experience and very knowledgeable. Fast turn around time and reasonable pricing. They had my Hunter Douglas cellular blind fixed within a day! They even fixed a few other things on the blind while they were in there. Would recommend.

We had a broken blind and a blind installer recommended we get the blind fixed here. These guys were fantastic. Blind fixed the next day and only $20. Would highly recommend this company.
