FRAUD!!! If I could give ZERO stars or minus Zero I would. I purchased a Canada Goose Jacket from them a couple years back, paid A LOT for it only to be told from Canada Goose that its not Authentic!! I could not believe it so I contacted the store immediately and they took NO action. They gave me the run-around and the Manager was "never available" when I called. They kept telling me someone would call me back but they never did of course!. They eventually ignored me- in the end they took absolutely no action. They washed their hands and were extremely rude and unreachable. I told them I would report them and they did not care. So I did to Canada Goose. They should close their doors for their dishonesty and lack of responsibility! Awful! You should all get your jackets checked for Authenticity Especially if a "discount" was offered for them at the time of purchase. They sold me a counterfeit Canada Goose Jacket. !BUYERS BEWARE! AVOID THIS store at all costs
My gosh I can’t believe this place is still opened bought uggs years ago I still have them but the service there sucked and I doubt about the quality and genuineness of their products I’m surprised they survived the pandemic never went back and yes the owner is not very nice gave them 2 stars because my uggs are still good
They rarely have discounts, if ever they do.. aren't worth the time. The service is a bit snobbish ..there is no good reason for vendors to be snobish anyway...and been dresses like little hookeers but..anyhow. The things they sale might be imported but not worth the money they tag..I meen ``made in china`` seems imported to me aswell lol..isn't it? The rest, well, it is a ok store.
Large selection of items. Been shopping here for the past 2 years for my winter needs. Store has really improved!
Was strolling by and decided to go in as they had parkas and I decided to check if they had any Arctic North models. Couldn't see any right away and tried to see if I could ask someone but they all seemed too busy to pay attention to one of the two potential customers in the store. I walked out.
Shopped here in the 90s and is still awesome. I use to wear the Joe babydoll shirts then in the early-mud 2000s started in with Diesel and Miss Sixty. I came back to Montreal and was jazzed to see it still open at same location. Good service and boutique brands.
Pretty terrible shoe selection, but a good selection for parkas, winter jackets... if you're looking for a woman's cut. Men's selection is pretty miserable, unless you just want an ugly bomber jacket.
Same as previous reviewer, I bought 120$ worth of garbage boots that cut into me within an hour. The owner gave me attitude when I went to exchange them, me the humble customer getting attitude from the shop owner who sells Chinese garbage. Only buy local Canadian made boots for winter because no. Anyway the girl also had attitude who sold me then, typical gum smacker right out of a movie. Hideous. Glad they're closed hope it's for good.
Buyer beware! Their store indicates that they have a two-week return policy, yet they won't accept any shoes that have been worn at all. I bought boots from BMA and left the store. As soon as I did so, the boots were no longer returnable - despite the fact that walking only a quarter of a mile in them cut into my skin. I would avoid this seller at all costs!
My wife order Ugg boots and we got a Chinese imitation boot. She walk down the street and they split open. They look like they made of newspaper.. Don't get me started don't get me heated about the sales woman she roll her eyes and say "no you didn't buy these here" . I mean come on I have receipt with time date year and you laugh at me. And what was with the smell in that building? Was there a room full of sweaty.mens ?
