Since new management it's a pleasure to go there. Great friendly staff, great coffee and snacks. Nice to see it so much cleaner and organized. We had stopped going because it was always dirty and unfriendly atmosphere.

Excellent Customer service in-store. Laidback chill vibe perfect for catching up with friends or people watching. Was in Penticton BC and was able to sit down and enjoy my green tea with honey. Staff lady was friendly which is always nice considering some places you feel like you're intruding on their talk time
