I have been coming to the Robson Street barbering program at Blanche Macdonald since 2020 because, well first, it's free I do tip but second, being a high school teacher, I believe in the value of learning through a practicum.   Today was a great experience.  I received a haircut and straight razor shave from Alicia G but what made it that much more special was her rapport with me - we were laughing and it was probably the funnest hair cut I have had ever.  Holly the instructor with her awesome red hair remembered me from my last visit which was super cool too.  Try this place out and remember, if you don't like your cut, it's just hair - it will grow back - but I'm sure you will love it.

I really enjoyed studying 2 programs in here. Teachers are professional, nice and most importantly, very supportive. The overall all vibes are great! Blanche also provides supports and volunteer opportunities to all students.

I went to try out the barbering programme and I got a haircut from Xavier Picard. I really enjoyed the discussion and his input on my hairstyle. Xavier was professional and friendly, and I enjoyed the experience!

I went to Blanche Macdonald's Robson street campus on the invitation from one of their part-time men's hair cutting program Neya and got a haircut from her as part of her program. The facility is nice and clean, modern looking, the classroom is large and the hair cut was great. Done under the supervision of their instructor, Holly, I feel like I learned about haircutting theory myself from hearing them talk about how to do it.  Whether you are a prospective student or someone looking to get a haircut, definitely put Blanche Macdonald on your list to check out!

I completed the barbering program with holly as my teacher and it was an amazing program. I learned allot about barbering and different techniques. She was so kind and showed us every details to become the best barber you can be!

This school have many good opportunity to learn more about fashion industry. Many professional teachers are very welling to teach all detail knowledge.
