Everything was great. I was able to make a last-minute reservation for New Year's Eve on their FB page. We got seated and our drinks right away. Our waitress was fabulous. The steak was delicious, every one cooked perfectly to order.Food: 5/5
Chicken meal could have used onions and mushrooms saute on top. Salad bar didn't have alot to offer. Steak was good. Baked potato was good. Peanut butter cheesecake was very good. Rainbow cake was dry.Food: 4/5
Went here to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday, it was our first time and we had a little bit of everything off the menu- one of the best meals we've had! And it was fun to see them grilling the steaksFood: 5/5
We were a party of five and we're seated at three small round tables put together in the bar area. There were plenty of other tables in the dining room. we were not comfortable with this setup. No small steaks were offered. Wheelchair accessibility: Not good. Needs to be smoothed out.
Wow! Awesome restaurant for Steak Our family enjoyed the atmosphere and ambience. You can actually see the cook, cooking the steaks! Our waitress kept the drinks coming and always was polite & kind. My Rib-eye was cooked to perfection medium rare. Loved the rice, real good salad, sweet potatoe extra. My husband ordered the Big Chief 36 oz Center cut top sirloin! Delicious! Rare. Definitely going back! Make reservations for sure. Only open Friday thru Sunday.
I really love this place and I didn't even realize it. The food is so good. And the ambiance is perfect. And the full, freaking salad bar for the love of God. How long has it been?! Truly an important part of our local food scene.
Blackhawk is just one of those places you go when you want a chilled out dining experience. The location / building / interior is great. The only problem I have with blackhawk is that I never know how my steaks going to turn out. Seems 50/50 if it's going to be a tough or tender cut. I don't think it's the cooks, might be the supplier, not sure on this one. Only real annoyance.

Welcoming atmosphere, great food, nice salad well, and attentive staff… only negative is that in the back room side room the tables were really close together. It was hard to get in and out of the table without disturbing those behind you.Recommended dishesMac N Cheese, Salad Bar, Garlic Bread, Burger
One of the best restaurants around. You won't find a steakhouse of this quality at this price anywhere else. The prime rib is exquisite. Definitely recommend for all family celebrations!Food: 5/5
