WORST TOWING COMPANY EVER !! I hit a deer and called them to help me around midnight and they said 2 hours. All of a Sudden they said they’ll show up at 10 am . When the driver finally picked up my car he DAMAGED itvSOOOOO BAD !! at first it was about 3k in damages. After the driver picked up my car and dropped it off I needed a new door, fender, bumper , and other parts leading up to about $8000 in DAMAGES ! I have before and after pics to prove it, and they still don’t care and won’t do anything about it . So save your money and your vehicle and call some one else even if they make you wait longer .Service: Local hauling

Called for a tow but he wanted to give the driver a night off because he had been busy. Must be nice to make enough to turn work down. On the plus side they are company that even answered there phone Sunday night
My truck went into low power mode. Had it towed through ama. Kyle was a great operator great instruction was carefull with working around truck body chaining it and directing me. Very fast service and great communicating with me what times hed be there was dark out and a cold evening at 7 PM. He dropped me off at my house. Nice friendly service.
Great service from Kyle. Was out there within 15 mins at 11pm. Good pricing and even gave me a ride home so I didn’t need a cab. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you again Kyle.
Maybe not their fault. Called AMA and sat in Red Deer for over 4 hours. No truck. Finally had to cancel and find another service. Nothing like B.C. Penticton area. I witnessed various people with anything from flat tires, to boosting and towing. Never more than 30 minutes.
Kyle was a huge help even though I didn't even meet him. My car broke down on the highway by Red Deer. I left the keys in the gas cap and he towed it to a well reviewed European car mechanic in town even though it was over my 5km coverage from AMA and he didn't charge me a cent. If that's not A+ service I don't know what is.
I was so impressed with the safety measures I saw this company take while hooking up a vehicle on highway 2! They had a tow truck plus a pickup with emergency lights, a flagger and pylons galore. As a passing driver I appreciated it tremendously and will seek out this company the next time I need a tow because I know they take safety seriously.
