Arrived at 6pm. Food came at 7:00. Waitress came to the table once in an hour to drop food off. No drink refills entire time. Every table around us same situation, packed and not being waited on other than food orders. 4 tables empty with dirty dishes. Not cleaned. People waiting to even be sat, seated themselves at empty table with dirty dishes. Took waitress 10 mins to approach them and tell them to move because table was reserved. One waitress on a packed Friday night is NOT acceptable. All the surrounding tables were talking in disgust at the same situations I noticed. Was told this place was "great". Food was ok, but lost appetite after waiting so long. Oh and they dont accept cards, so bring cash or check.

I was with friends and was introduced to this restaurant/bar. It was a warm cozy place. My friends had the beef tips, I had a burger platter. Dinner was served quickly and exactly as ordered and was delicious. The chef is the owner and takes pride in her place. You should try this place out.
