They are not there to help in all the aspects of your life.i feel very much totally helpless in my anxiety and they have stopped helping me .in fact I have gotten much worse than I ever expected.after the loss of my husband in a horrific car accident and a marriage of 34 years. This is the time when I really need help they stopped helping me .i have been on. Xanax since I was 12 and now now they want to stop all my med without having a counselor to talk just a medical nurse who is old enough to be my youngest sons age and now's nothing about me.

It seems pretty clear to me that confidentiality doesn't matter here at all because I gave zero consent for my confidentiality to be broken.

Can someone please tell me what just happened? I really love my doc, she is great... she has helped me a lot and I’ve only seen her two times! ... But today I called because I had a question about refills and what not. I am an EXTREMELY anxious person... and sometimes when I get an answer, it eases all of my anxiety! That’s all I need; just an answer. I asked my question. It was about a script not having a refill, I wanted to know what to do. I got to the end of the question and *boom*, the nurse HUNG UP ON ME! If anyone has anxiety the way I do, then they definitely know how much MORE anxiety getting hung up on by a nurse would cause... What the HECK just happened!? Why would a nurse do that to a patient who is seeking mental help? I’m confused and feel like crying. That sucked... I’ve been going to psychiatrists for many years and nothing even close to that has happened. Ouch.

An absolute waste of time. Was informed on my first visit that i had no deductible to meet as well as no co pay. Cool, sign me up. went to 2 appts, and after verifying my appt times at a later date I was asked when i wanted to pay for my balance. A balance of $150 for 1 1 hour visit and this visit consisted of me literally talking the entire time. $150 an hour to just simply vent? I don't think so, I refuse to return.

I have been going there for 4 years. No mention of paranoia. A new patient that lives in the same place as me starts going there. They have been bothering me and the landlord won't help. Now they call me crazy and paranoid cause of what he told them. Time for a new therapist. :-

Wonderful building with helpful and personable workers. The councilor and other people I interacted with were very understanding and helpful in learning and dealing with recognized issues. Immediate callback for setting up intake and extremely easy to set up follow up appointments afterwards.

KWWL points out UP first to have Digital scripts. NOT. And they suck too : Nothing but problems with digital scripts. Put in for more Ritalin Tuesday and nothing today run out tomorrow and won't have a thing on Memorial Day but they get vacation. Last time this happened they messed it up with CVS. Once they joined what I call Chaos Point everything went down the tubes. : I thought we had laws against monopoly's. UP owns just about everything now. : And now they claim UP is first with teleconference. NOT. Been doing it for years and it doesn't help. Once upon a time there was group therapy which I think is best then it's with the psychiatrist in the room. Now he's way over in AZ. You can't talk to a psychiatrist by shouting cause he can't hear : This would not be the first Memorial Day they've ruined. Guess I'll end up over doing it on Taurine again : basically if I ask for Ritalin with a week left it won't go thru. Weekends count : But if I run out on the weekends I'm SOL. : so I can't call on a weekend so I call earlier or later Can't do it earlier won't go thru, So I call later. This goes for my panic meds too. I actually get panic attacks hoping my panic meds go thru. o_O
