We stayed in Vale for two weeks and we stopped by here a few times. Loved it! The gals that work there are awesome. The food and drinks are good and so are the prices! Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re driving through town.
Adorable coffeeshop/cafe and a must stop if heading through Vale. The staff were cool, kind, and did a great job. We were just passing through but Bixby's seemingly has a lot of events and daily specials available. Extensive selection of specialty drinks Caramel Cold Brew - yum!, espresso variations, flavor options, iced teas, AND the classics! I thoroughly enjoyed my old faithful cup of Decaf Drip! I'm confident if Baxby's had been around when the first settlers stopped here on the Oregon Trail, they might have never made it to the coast.
Has the best smoothies and the best food! Never been disappointed in ANYTHING I've ordered!!! I'd give them an extra 5 stars if I could: This morning I had a breakfast sandwich and a medium hot chocolate!

We love Bixbys! They have great traditional coffee house things at affordable prices! They're consistent with flavor and you can't go wrong with a cold or hot drink. Their iced tea is great as well. Lunch specials are another great thing they offer. I highly suggest giving them a try.
Such a wonderful coffee shop!! Their mocha frappe , muffins , sandwiches and lattes were amazing. It was refreshing to stop by their place on our way to Bend. This will be our go to shop every time we cross Vale. Thank you for your service !!
Great coffee and friendly service. Part of my rating though has to deal with decor. The interior looks like funds ran low for any remodel. What was done for the interior does look nice, but there are some things that really should have been fixed like toward the ceiling where conduit used to go through in a wall divider but left as holes. I would gladly give 5 stars if the interior was properly remodeled.
This place was a verry nice environment and to be open on a sunday is a bonus for me! I got a cherry red bull, a caramel cuappichno and a chocklate muffin. She was very patient with me because my card wasent working properly. The prices here are very reasonable and they have a big variety of small foods and lots of drinks. The only reason I dont give it a five star is because I had to wait there about 5 or 6 minutes for her to notice me and I started to drive off but she was very apologetic about it but I wasent worried about it. Amazing place and only coffee shop open on sundays in vale. Love it!!
Swung in having a need for coffee.... Great service. Cool local Coffee shop. Good beans.... They have food as well... ;
