Story

A Taste of Home, A Touch of Class! The staff at BitterSweet Lodge would like to invite you out to a dining experience that you deserve! Great food and a great atmosphere just 17 miles North of Watertown on old Hwy 81.

BitterSweet Lodge is open 7 days a week for noon lunch with daily specials and great evening meals. Gift cards are available in any amount.

Great place! The prime rib was made to perfection! You won't leave hungry. The Irish Fries were awesome too! Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Can't wait till next time!
This is a rustic, off the beaten path, home cooking, wonderful restaurant. The atmosphere is inclusive, cultural, and rustic. The food is everything you would wish it would be in rural South Dakota. They have a weekend menu, with prime rib on Saturday. Great place.
My first time going there didn't stayed there. Just went for some drinks and food and loved the place. The bartender I feel bad for forgetting her name she was a sweetheart. I loved her customer service and the food.
The food was decent but not hot. 5 of us ordered & were told they were out of what we wanted so we had to get something else. Pretty spendy for just an ok dining experience.
