Bit of Swiss is amazing as soon as you step in. You are literally surrounded by heavenly deliciousness.... breads, cookies, never-been-seen-before pastries, dinner rolls .... a carbohydrate dream. We always spend more than we should .... but it never goes wasted. A southwest Michigan must!

Can I select 6 stars!? Amazing bakery. Bread, cakes, pies, cookies, you name it. Super nice service and willing to help with custom orders also. Worth a drive to check it out. Try the cinnamon bread roll. Slice it think and make French toast. Mmmm

Triple Mousse Cake! Carmel Domes! Cannolis! Apple pockets! Almond Danish! Artisan Breads!... And more!! Mere words just can't begin to describe the decadent, glorious, fantastic, luscious desserts you can find prepared by these wonderful bakers. You will be surprised by the the things churning out of this small bakery hiding at the edge of Lake Michigan! Do you think You can find them?? I dare you!! It will definitely be worth your while!

my friend took me down from GR and I have never seen such a bakery ever. there were treats that were almost too pretty to eat. got brownie cheesecake, apple coffee cake, some shiny corvette red chocalate thing and some cookies. all were delicious. I did screw up by not getting a loaf of sourdough bread. guess I have to go back...
