Such friendly staff!!! Very attentive, refilling waters and checking if we need anything. Loved still the food we tried! Had the baked brie, beef tartare, octopus & pouding chomeur
After reading a few bad reviews I decided to give it a try. It was a Monday, so the place was empty but the waitress was super nice, we have the lunch special 20$, and everything was good, my fife had the broccoli soup , smooth and a bit sweet, I had the shrimp cocktail, it was great too. The main dish was excelente, also the dessert, except for the chocolate cake . I will be back.
Called the hotel, they transferred me 2 times the call was dropped. Called Again, they transferred me to voice mail. Made a reservation online.....Showed up at the restaurant wit a client. Restaurant was closed! very disappointing! Not impressed by the hotel either who does not know their facilitâtes!
Ordered something that was not on the menu, the chef came to take in my special request and she did not disappoint. Came up with something really frest and filled with flavors. She came up with room service and personally explained what she put in the dish. Diverse menu, quick service, food is perfectly cooked and hot. Simple yet great presentation. 10/10 recommend
Bad experience, cold food, bad service, et went there for my birthday 17/09 .was disappointed. I won’t recommend it to anyone Iknow.
Don't waste your time. Aggressive, lengthy service, and cold food. The name is Bistro, Martini, Grill, but should only say Martini. We came here with no expectations and were sorely disappointed. Not only was the food cold, it was served incorrectly and without remorse. I ordered the beef tartar and other meals ordered were; the bacon cheeseburger with fries, a rare steak with fries and the salmon dinner. Received was a mayonnaise tartar, a veggie burger, medium well steak, each person's fries and salmon, all at the same temperature. We waited 2.5 hrs for our meals, an hour to cash out, and didn't get any apologies.
The service is terrible. I do not recommend eating there.
In general I don’t like leave bad feedback. But this one should bring attention. The atmosphere is really good, brand new restaurant. Staffs are more or less friendly. The food.. no and no. Not good! Overpriced for sure. Duck confit in my salad was deadly cold and blue.. not sure when it was cook, not fresh at all and quinoa too - no flavours no taste. Drinks are Ok. So tell me, what happened to the real chef ‍? I really hope it’s not always like that. As for me I’ll prefer to stay away.
Been there for breakfast. Expensive but generous portions and smiling service.
Exceptional food and drinks. Seriously, the best Rhum and Coke I ever had. Not sure what they put in it. However, I got overcharged by 20$ on a 60$ bill and noticed later only
