Housed in a historic general store of Baie Verte, N.B. Bistro Le Chat welcomes locals and visitors alike to enjoy great food, drink and hospitality.
Bistro Le Chat Bleu opened late June of 2015 and the response was immediate and very positive. Our heritage building was once a village General Store and dates back to the mid 1800's.
Honouring the classic “bistro” tradition, we have devoted ourselves to offering clean, big flavour food in a cozy setting, using ingredients that where possible are sourced locally. We love growing our own food, and buying from local farmers and friends.
