A very nice restaurant. The food was great honestly, and the price as well. Me and my friend really liked it .
***It was windy on that day, but whatever. I ordered a salmon poke bowl, and it was worth the wait time, folks. Service was attentive aka top-notch, and I also had a brew from Vrooden, entitled 'Tchèque', and I seriously recommend to simply "Thèque-it-out". OH, and don't f'get to order from the bistro. P.S. The Canadian geese are super friendly, and non-invasive, but they sure can be loud. Enjoy! #dyningdyners Kid-friendliness: Kids can definitely have a great time, and if they love music, there's also an upright piano. Parking: You can definitely find a decent parking spot.
The food was amazing and the prices are more than affordable. We were a group of 11 people and it was short noticed also but they made the reservation process very easy for us and everything was perfect. They even brought out our cake and cut it for us as well. Plus the terrasse was a huge bonus. The service is impeccable and everything fell into place so that we wouldn't have to be late to our boat tour. A MUST if you are visiting Chateauguay or want to try something different and country chic.

Wide selection of Quebec beers and many wines. Nice view. Best to reserve ahead of time. We went at lunch and it was packed. Nice food.
Service was great. Choice of beers is good. Had a hamburger, was a bit dry but tasty. Wife had a chicken Cesar salad, the chicken was very dry. Notified the waitress, she only said she'd let her boss know. That was the only disappointing part of it but kind of leaves me reluctant to go back.

Food very good, too bad I can't say the same about the service. Went on a Sunday, was nearly empty 3 tables sitting only showed up as a party of 4 and the waitress was hesitant to tell us to sit down because "she was alone for the evening" never worked in a busy restaurant before? 4 tables to wait for isn't exactly being overworked.... Took our order and served in an acceptable time, but never bothered coming back to the table to refill our glasses or to ask if we needed anything. To be noted that only 1 more table showed up while we were there party of 6 and 2 of the 3 tables that were there when we showed up finished up and left while we were eating, so it's not like it was extremely busy... Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the so-so service.
Food was great and it's a beautiful place. Our server Kim made our experience there exceptional, so we will definetly go back !
