We had the 6 course set meal and were very pleased with the experience. The service was great and personal and the food was amazing! You do have to be open and like different meats and tastes fish, caviar, game, foie gras.., it's not for everyone but we like those things so it was delicious! The plates are all very well balanced and well presented. We were full and happy at the end of the dessert!!!
Big and colorful choices for the full brunch! Offering interesting warm dishes such as fish and chips and bavette. Also featuring different types of olive oils and fun vinegar for your salad and breads. There is a station of carving for lamb, an omelet and crepe station, good variety of charcuterie and superb pastries and desserts! Amazing view on the lake Dupuis as well!
In a word, Excellent. I struggle to reconcile the meal we had with the rest of the reviews on Google. Our experience was exemplary, and this is after having been to many classically ranked restaurants. We had the 5 course tasting menu with the wine pairing. The scallop dish, and all mushroom dishes were absurdly good. The duck was done to perfection particularly the confit, and the dessert was well balanced. The whitefish was good, but could have been more seasoned. It was an excellent showing in general, and especially for the price.
Great food and excellent service with a great wine selection. More on the expensive side but worth it.
The food was horrible. We had a fixed 6 course meal, with the first dish that was very tasty... But it was pretty much downhill from there. It's not only that it wasn't great for the price we payed, the food was simply inedible. We couldn't finish any of small portioned dishes and opted for room service after this horrific meal. What a bad, bad experience. Please, do not waste your money here - McDonald's would be a better investment at this point.
Excellent 6 course meal. No pressure to order wine and extremely helpful and understanding in changing parts of the menu to suit our low carb restricted diet. We highly recommend.
The food was exquisitely prepared and plated. The taste and quality was outstanding. My only negatives point is that it took a very long time between courses. Maybe it is because every dish is prepared on the spot, but either way I was starving and it was almost a 3 hour sit down. Either way Hays off to the chef's and staff.
Excellent restaurant. I had the Champlain salad, with Betteraves jaunes confites au yuzu . Every dish was sublime. My husband had the Flétan plate which he absolutely loved but the portion was a little small. The service was exclellent. Thomas did a great job explaining every dish. The only downside was that we waited quite a bit between each service.
Wonderful service. the food was amazing. they made an entire 5 course vegan meal for my husband and he loved it. the waitresses were sooo kind and patient with us because of the dietary restrictions and we speak no french. it was wonderful
Extremely slow service, 4 hours for 4 course meal, we were 7 adults, all main plates were served lukewarm and a few cold fish plates, food of poor quality, management is non responsive when you let them know, definitely not worth it.
