This place is spacious inside and has good parking. Good Mexican music being played to help set the mood and two TV's with live soccer games. The food was pretty good. Order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. Not much variety on the menu. They do have some vegetarian options. Prices were good for what you get. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean.
4 stars only cause the soy option was not good at all. I will be real, I was so disappointed with them soy nachos. I’m pretty sure they are great with real meat but with the alternative it was gross can’t lie. HOWEVER the shrimp and fish tacos were BOMB! So stick with the real stuff and this place is A1 and would be my go to for some good shrimp and fish tacos, their sauce is so good, the texture, seasonings so good. I am for sure coming back…ONLY for their shrimp and fish tacos. I don’t eat other meats otherwise I would probably fall in love with the Birria tacos too I’ve herd they are excellent too and filling.
The staff was very friendly and the food, in general, a bit greasy but overall was good. I ordered the birria tacos, but unfortunately, they didn't have the traditional goat meat used in this dish. Despite this, I would consider returning to try other menu items. Additionally, this restaurant offers ample seating and parking.
Pleasant surprise! The Birria meat here is excellent. Staff is helpful! Definitely coming back here again soon! Based on previous reviews we tried the Quesabirria tacos and Birria fries, but they also offer weekday specials see attached photo for example. The Quesabirria tacos have the perfect balance of meat, cheese and crunchiness combined with the dipping sauce. Our Birria fries were also great and the fries are fresh! Might be just us but whoever prepared them definitely smothered the dish with sour cream, but that didn’t make them test any less delicious. All drinks are claimed to be made fresh and my Horchata definitely tasted like it! Portions were a bit smaller than expected, but the quality of the food definitely makes up for it!
The moment I was aware that Birrieria Ramen was something that existed I probably thought about it no less than twice a day. I was absolutely elated when I discovered that Grumpys was only 15 minutes away and they served it on the menu. I was not disappointed either. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place, we dined in for a early dinner and enjoyed the entire experience. Prices are fair, quality and presentation both match the solid upbeat vibe throughout the place. Kids enjoyed the food and my daughter couldn't stop pondering how they painted the ceiling. Service was great and everyone made us feel welcome. THE TABLE SALSA'S ARE GOOOOOOOD. Basically it's worth the trip. With that said, I do have one SELFISH criticism though. More noods in the Ramen bro. I need those noodles. If you doubled up the noodles I would be there weekly. NOOOODLES. Kid-friendliness: My kids are savages but I feel this place is kid friendly. Plenty of places to tie them down while you eat. Parking: This place has decent parking. That alone should be enough for Seattlite's to drive here for. To experience actual parking.
First time visiting. Birria was super oily so the tacos were very very soggy. They place them on top of each other so then the bottom one was so soggy it was inedible. Flavor of the birria was good, but they didn’t drain enough of the oil out so it just ended up so soggy. Birria fries were ok but again get very soggy. Service was generally unfriendly and the bathrooms didn’t have soap or paper towels. Won’t be back here. I suspect there are better birria options in the area - the search continues
I am Mexican so I know the taste of our food quite well, so I can highly recommend this place. The food is delicious, the attention is good and the place is really clean. It is worth visiting and trying the quesabirriras.Recommended dishesCamarones A la Diabla
I had the queso tacos birria and the birria nachos. All were great. The 3 salsas were very flavorful. Found a new place to go that is conveniently between work and home.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
Birria meat is very good here. I really liked the birria ramen and the consome. The quesabirria tacos were tasty but they weren't as crunchy as I would've liked them. Staff is very friendly and inviting.
The loaded fries were delicious-would come back for that dish alone. The birria ramen was okay; the consommé, birria, and vegetables were tasty and fresh, but interestingly, the ramen noodles were the weakest ingredient flavor-wise. I would be interested to try more dishes here.
