I want to say THANK YOU to all staffs, especially our sales Jobert. He helped me to find a perfect engagement ring and my girlfriend really like it! We changed once because the size doesn’t fit and I was worry about the process. However, Jobert helped us make everything easier and it’s really a wonderful experience. Will definitely go back to buy our wedding rings!
Just received my bracelet today, it's so cute! Angela is really nice and patient. Will come back again! I love the bracelet so much! I cut to the shortest length that they can cut. It fits perfectly!
We've purchased a few pieces of jewelry here over the past year and all those times we were assisted by Krista Bloor branch. She is very engaged and lively in conversation. While we're not the most high end of clients we still feel that we get the same level of attention from everyone.
I got my engagement ring from Birks in Montreal. I was so happy to receive my dream ring! However, it has been more 2 months that I didn’t receive the certificate to my home in Toronto. I visited the store and I was informed that the certificate will be sent as soon as possible. It has been a week and nothing arrived yet. I visited the store again, still waiting.. The store in Montreal never answers the call. Please dont reply with the phone number, I already called several times. The customer service is great until selling the jewelry. I am very disappointed with service after purchasing.
I am downsizing and I had a lot of pins, earrings, necklaces and bracelets. I phoned to find out whether or not they assess the value of jewellery, The answer was yes and the warmth and care that my jewellery and I received were outstanding. Greg and others were professional and very pleasant. This store and its workers have my appreciation, respect and gratitude.
I met the Store Director, Melvin, at the Bloor flagship store the other day. He has an extensive knowledge on diamonds and his attitude is very professional, and genuine. He was able to provide a lot of information on my inquiries and his attitude of going above and beyond is really appreciated. Melvin's exceptional customer service, along with his product knowledage is definitely an asset to Birks. Keep up the great work! P.s. Although I haven't made a purchase today, but when the time comes, I will for sure go back and look for Melvin !
Amazing experience, was able to get exactly what I wanted. Michelle the professional I was working with was friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humour. Got it delivered on time with no hassle. If I could rate 6/5 I would.
