The staff even sparkle. An institution for jewelry and jewelry gift boxes. Half the gift is how it comes wrapped and Birk's goes the extra mile- watch out "Mr. Bean" . If you aren't into buying jewelry, you need to go and if you are into buying jewelry you need to go. Enjoy the sparkle of timeless pieces and if you can't get into the jewelry the building is a work of art itself, just standing in the space is amazing. The high ceilings and wonderful old architecture make the experience not only for the recipient of the gift but for all who enter. So, if you're sitting on your phone, tablet or computer get off and get someone something special. These aren't gifts you can buy over the internet.
My fiancée and I had a great experience at Madison Birks. After hopping around a few other places in town we managed to stumble upon this store as a final destination. The atmosphere is very unique and cozy, the selection was diverse and bountiful, and the sales staff helping us that day was excellent. Ask for Rokas and you won’t be disappointed! He was patient, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Birks, give this man a raise, he’s the best sales associate I’ve come across in the last couple years!! Thanks again for helping up Rokas, you’re the man.
Received amazing service from Rokas. He is very knowledgeable, good sense of fashion , friendly, not pushy. The watch is nicely wrapped in a Birks box . Highly recommend Rokas when u come to this location. We love the cartier watch.
Very glad to have found Chaumet in here, like there's a hidden little Paris. Special thanks to Mary Anne for showing us all the collection and for the awesome customer service. We highly recommend this place with excellent and welcoming staff.
Rokas assisted us with the purchase of a couple items and was personable and professional every time we met. I cannot think of someone I would rather purchase frivolous jewellery from. In all seriousness, I had in my head that Birks was a stodgy place for old people, but Rokas completely crushed that il conceived notion. It was honestly fun to be there. I wouldn’t hesitate to annoy him again with highly technical questions such as: what is this made of? Is stainless steel a metal? Is metal edible? Ok serious finale: Rokas managed to bring in a Cartier that I didn’t think I’d see this year and for that I’m very grateful. If you’d like to be a little happier, unburdened by the weight of your wallet, I can’t think of a better person or place to visit.
Had been recommended by a family member to check out Birks for an engagement ring so we decided it was the first one we would check out. Got into the store and the lady who served us seemed like she didn't want us in the store. She started out by pulling out a $38,000.00 ring and when we told her it was too expensive she pulled out a $11,000.00 ring. We told her the same thing and she practically told us we were too poor to buy anything from Birks which is untrue. First, she never asked us our price range and second I've seen reasonably priced things on the Birks website. Anyway with that encounter we left, frustrated. Family member who recommended us was going to go back to get her rings resized since her rings are from Birks, she was disappointed to her our story. You just lost two customers. Good job
We stopped in at Maison Birks a few months ago just to look around. We were warmly greeted by Rokas who I at first thought would be too young and inexperienced to provide us with the service we needed. I was pleasantly surprised. Rokas is young and respectful and has extremely detailed product knowledge. He clearly has a passion for matching his customers with the perfect products. Even though he is young he understands customers in all age ranges. You must seek him out when you visit Maison Birks. Even if you weren't planning a visit to Maison Birks, stop in and talk to Rokas... you will be glad you did. We went back THREE times already.
My boyfriend bought my Ering at Birks and it’s gorgeous : Wendy who has helped us to select our perfect ring is such a wonderful staff. She’s so kind and supportive whenever we visit the store.
Great store, great selection, great location in a phenomenal building. Just being in the space feels great. Best part is the staff, Stevan is the best and he leads an extremely pleasant and receptive staff. I’ll always head back there.
Came to this store to try out the Cartier Santos on my skinny wrist. I received a warm welcome by Jayne once I stepped into the store. She is professional, patient and very knowledgeable about the Cartier watch line and introduced me to different models. I highly recommend Jayne if you need anything. Excellent customer service.
