This is the first time my wife and I purchased off the shelf Fin Comfort orthopedic shoes. I am very satisfied with their customer service, especially Ms. Isabelle took her time to explain and answer all my questions and concern over phone before we put our online orders. I'll definitely continue with my future purchase with this great store and recommend my friends and family. A little suggestion is that, they could improve their fulfilment process to minimize longer delay.
We had great service when purchasing 2 pair of Haflinger shoes. We ordered over the phone, so we could confirm a few details, and within a week, they had arrived in BC. Both pairs were exactly as expected and we wouldn’t hesitate to order from MyShoeShop again.
The store has a great selection of Haflinger clogs. I was especially impressed with their same day processing of my mailed return. So many online stores take 10-14 days to give you your money back and then you have to call to enquire. Thank you for thinking of your customers.
Excellent staff and service. Minor sticker shock, but the shoes on offer are better quality than average stores. Higher price is justified for service and lifespan of the shoes.
Suck lovely staff on weekends that’s the only time I can go!. Had to go back 3 times bc I am picky and they were all lovely and accommodating. Great service!!
Walked in at 4:50 ‘just so you know we close in like 3 minutes’. I tried on one pair of boots. They locked the door at 4:55. I asked a couple of questions ‘ you can always check out our website or come back another time’. Not the best experience really. It’s now 5:04. Thanks for kicking me out of the store

Friendly service, great selection of Birkenstocks, including those with real leather straps. Bought a paid there 8 years ago and replaced them with new ones because my old ones were falling apart. Definitely the place for Birkenstock sandales in Montreal.
This saga has a couple of layers. I purchased a pair of sandals that suffered a broken buckle after just a few wearings. When contacted, Myshoeshop said the could not be repaired, period, no offer to replace them since they were obviously faulty. The Cdn office for the brand offered the same. Still not satisfied I contacted the European office of the brand. They passed the responsibility back to the retailer saying the retailer would be compensated for a replacement and suggested they would contact them with my complaint. Today, an email from the European brand offices in Germany suggested I avoid doing business with Myshoeshop. Beware that if you have a problem you may not receive fair treatment. Otherwise, shipping was fast.
