I have been searching high and low for a studio that offers reformer pilates, and was beyond excited to come across Bird Dog Fitness; a beautiful studio located in the town of Ingleton that offers this, and much more. I had my very first beginners class, of which was held by the wonderful Katie Batista, and I can confidently say that I have fallen in love with the challenge. There is magic created when connecting one's mind to one's body, and learning the grace within the movement of each set.
