Birchwood Dental: Harper Amanda

Went here to deal with an infected tooth. Front office staff was great. Both of The actual dentist performing the work here were terrible. I spent an hour and half while two different dentist attempted to remove a tooth and left their feeling a 1000 times worse than when I went. This was my first and last trip to this place. The first dentist was young and inexperienced and the second was so old his hands constantly shook to the point that he made me scared he was going to cut something that didn’t need to be cut in my mouth. After 1 1/2 hours they both gave up and I ended up in pain for weeks because of the terrible work they did and they still didn’t remove all the tooth. My regular dentist in Lyndonville is the only one I go to now.

After much apprehension I decided it was time to let Dr. Corbin show use his skills on me. I was not disappointed. He walks the patient through each step of the procedure he comforts you and he listens. My assumptions turned out to be just that. Not that I look forward to more work being done but at least I know I will be in the hands of a skilled and gentle dentist.

We are new to the area. Broke a tooth on Friday evening, called in Monday morning after a very uncomfortable weekend. They do NOT do emergencies and are not interested in new customers. Don't bother calling their office. Evidently, they have a sufficient number of patients already.

Just started using this dentist again and they have done amazing. I knew I needed a few extractions and they were right on top of getting that done for me. Very friendly and kind staff.
