We are a Bingo hall in which over 30 charities from the Ottawa-Carleton region operate and raise funds for their individual objectives and needs.



"Bingoland Gaming Centre has been assisting over 30 local charities fundraise for more than 30 years! Our Taptix lounge is now open and has 50 Tap 'n Play cabinet games.Unfortunately our indoor bingo is not running at this time, but we are working on that! We have strict Covid cleaning policies and procedures in in place in order to keep our clientele and staff safe."

People DIBS the seats and leave for hours. Management has no control. Poor management. Bingo gaming center on slack road should not allow people to save seats in between bingos. Went to the bingo 2 and 1/2 hours early only to see dabbed in front of machines but no bodies. They figure if they put a dabber there and go home ,make supper and whatever then come back to the bingo and expect their tables to be saved. They have other people saving seats as well. Management won't do anything about it. This is not right. Pretty unfair to those who come in early only to watch these selfish people come in at their leisure and sit at a machine. Management, stop allowing this.
I volunteer for the charities at Bingoland the staff are very friendly.The customers are great to deal with and the food is well priced and tastes great. Also I see some pretty good wins.
We come here for bingo. Place is usually full. Proof of vaccination required. The place is clean. There is food service. We got the poutine which was good. We also got the coffee which was ok. For beginners, there is not much of an introduction, just need to try to follow along and you will get the hang of it. Bingo dappers are sold here as well. There are slot machines. Overall, I would go again, as it's better than other bingo halls in Ottawa.
Hired a friend of mine for kitchen staff, first shift went well, told him they’d be in touch with his schedule. Ghosted him & never replied to his email asking what happened, nor did they pay him for that shift. It’s totally fine if they decided he wasn’t a good fit,/they didn’t need him, but they didn’t even have the decency to tell him that.
Its used to be a lot better. Seems like its a money grabbing business these days. Can't even bring your own snack. You need to buy their expensive food or snack.
This Bingo hall was renovated and modernized, it looks fantastic! It has a small section with slot machines and the ladies washroom was clean. We hadn't been to a bingo in years well before pandemic and very impressed to see the changes. One line pays 100, 2 line pays 300. Worth the book price. Not too many familiar faces but staff are super nice and on cue.
Great fun lovely people, food was lovelt. Can't wait to go back. Shame the U.K. is so far away!!
I enjoy the hall and the staff however I came in with a friend at 4:15 to secure a seat only to see that a majority of the machines had dabbers at them but no people. Almost two hours later I noticed that the people were now showing up. I find it wrong that these seats are being basically reserved. I don't think that places should be kept holding unless the people are there in the hall ready to play ,
Visited this location two years ago. Was able to win and play easily! Staff was not friendly as other bingo halls and food is way over priced! I would visit again but just not my favourite. Very small in a basement like setting ! Wouldn’t really recommend if looking for a updated bingo hall !
Found the games boring. 1 line, then 2 lines...repeat. Goes so fast and you don't feel like you really have a chance. Also, seems like the machines win most of the bingos and I am an old school dabber. Have no plans to go back until they change up their program.
